If you or a loved one wants to maintain an apartment for independence while having access to 24 hour security, diverse and interesting activities, programs, chef-prepared meals, and companionship with other residents, then the Inn's philosophy will meet your goal.

Our services include:

  • Two nutritious meals available daily, seven days a week, prepared on-site and served in our dining room.
  • Basic housekeeping service provided within individual units that consists of vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, and cleaning the bathroom.
  • Personal laundry
  • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
  • Accommodation of unscheduled assistance needs and preferences of residents.
  • Home health services.
  • Medication assistance and, as allowed under the current regulatory environment, medication administration.
  • Twenty-four hour awake staff.
  • Access to health monitoring and promotion.
  • A variety of social, educational and recreational activities are available/coordinated for residents. Activities are scheduled seven days a week.
  • Weekly transportation for grocery shopping.

The type and amount of services provided to residents will be:

  • Identified through an assessment of the resident's overall health.
  • Negotiated with residents and their families.
  • Monitored regularly to determine the adequacy and quality of service provision.
