The apartments are designed to accommodate one and two person households. There are 10 studio apartments and 21 one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment unit has a full kitchen, a bathroom with wheelchair accessibility to a shower, and a living space. The one-bedroom apartments have a separate bedroom and the studio units have a combination sleeping, living and dining space. Each apartment contains large windows that offer plenty of sunlight and wonderful views. Fort Western is located across the street and the Kennebec River flows alongside The Inn. Some of the apartments located on the upper levels have restored arched windows to look through.
