The Inn at City Hall offers an affordable assisted living program that is designed for individuals or couples with fixed incomes. Because our facility will be licensed as a Congregate Care Level IV Residential facility, all residents are required to meet health as well as financial requirements to be accepted into the program. Our program is designed for individuals needing physical assistance with activities of daily living.

Financial Criteria

This program is truly affordable when compared to other alternatives in the area.
A resident must have a limited annual income in order to qualify. An application that asks for financial information will need to be completed to determine yearly income and eligibility.

Health Criteria

A member of MaineGeneral Rehabilitation and Nursing Care will conduct a personal medical assessment to determine each individual's specific needs.
Based on this assessment, a customized service package will be designed to provide the appropriate level of care needed for each resident.
