solutions. Specializing in housing for independent living, Housing
Initiatives of New England Corporation currently owns 14 independent
complexes in the following New Hampshire communities:Durham,
Laconia, Littleton, Manchester, Milford, Nashua, Pelham, Rochester,
West Swanzey

Maine, we are serving the area's seniors with Kennebec Plaza, and
the Inn at City Hall, an assisted living community that opened in
November 2001.
Our focus has been to seek out opportunities
to develop housing in areas most in need while at the same time
